I have two gallons of fresh unused ChemDip. Can I use it as a fuel additive?

No, Chem-Dip is not recommended for use inside a fuel tank. While Berryman B-12 Chemtool Fuel Injector Cleaner (part #0116) is designed for cleaning fuel systems, including the fuel tank, Chem-Dip is not formulated for that purpose and could potentially cause damage or be difficult to remove.
