Berryman B-12 Chemtool Fuel Injector Cleaner (part #0116) and Berryman B-12 Carbuertor, Choke & Throttle Body Cleaner (part #0117) contain the chemical formula.  However, 0116 is a liquid pour-in product, and 0117 is an aerosol spray product. Thanks!
