Hello,
I’m considering doing a Berryman B-12 (part #0116) piston soak on my 2016 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport (2.4L). After completing the soak and crank-out process, is it safe to start the vehicle and drive about 5–10 minutes directly to an oil change shop, keeping RPMs low and driving gently? My main concern is whether any solvent that may have leaked into the oil would make that short drive unsafe before the oil and filter are changed.

Yes, it is perfectly safe to drive your vehicle after the piston soak assuming you have evacuated most of the cleaner/carbon mixture.
You can do this any number of ways including with a vacuum pump or even a turkey baster (which should not be used again in the kitchen). Note that B-12 Chemtool will damage most automotive paint and clear coats, so be cautious around such finishes.
