My 5-gallon can of carburetor cleaner looks bad and is rusting and I\'m afraid it will start to leak soon. Can I order a replacement?

Unfortunately, due to EPA regulations, this product was discontinued and we no longer have any replacement buckets.
Your best bet would be to see if you can find a 5-gallon, open-head steel bucket with a lid that includes a gasket, that should work for quite a while. Please be sure to store the product on wood, cardboard, or plastic in order to avoid compromising the container.
