Is your Chem-Dip Carburetor Cleaner safe, i.e. non-corrosive, for gold plate over brass. I was thinking about using it to clean an incense thurible at a Catholic Church.

I'm not sure which Chem-Dip formula you are asking about, but only our newest version of Chem-Dip (part #1904)  or (part #1904C) would be safe for that application.
