Assuming the gas tank is still online and the vehicle runs, you will need to add 2-4 cans of Berryman B-12 Chemtool Fuel Injector Cleaner (part #0116) followed by about 5 gallons of gasoline—do NOT fill the tank up.  After letting the car sit for 12-24 hours, drive for 15-20 minutes to circulate the fuel inside the tank.  At that point, you can fill up and see how smoothly the gauge needle drops as you run the tank down.
