Berryman Tire Seal-R is not intended to be use with TPMS.  While it won't physically damage the sensors, it may plug their tiny holes as that's basically its primary function.  Additionally, please note Tire Seal-R is not intended for passenger vehicles or for use at highway speeds.  Regarding use with a compressor-based tire repair system, Berryman Tire-Seal-R has not been evaluated for that application.   Thanks!
