Berryman B-12 Chemtool Fuel Injector Cleaner (part #0116) is inherently colorless and will not directly alter the color of the fuel.  However, if there is gum, varnish, or other contamination present, the B-12 may dissolve that which could in turn contribute to unexpected coloration.
